MiKO

MiKO is the product designed and developed by Axcent Company for advanced, cross-site monitoring of any type of asset capable of storing and sending data. MiKO can manage the monitoring and maintenance of assets, offering BI solutions for the management and monitoring of contractual KPIs and asset tracking. Through the processing of Diagnostic Algorithms, the system allows the analysis of present or expected faults on the asset by noticing the need for maintenance interventions. Applying advanced maintenance such as condition-based maintenance (CBM).

MiKOcheck

MiKOcheck è un’applicazione multipiattaforma (dispositivi mobile iOS, Android, Tablet e PC) sviluppata da Axcent Company in grado di supportare gli addetti alla manutenzione di un qualsiasi asset, garantendo maggiore efficienza ed affidabilità rispetto all’utilizzo della carta. L’obiettivo di quest’app è di digitalizzare il processo manutentivo attraverso un’interfaccia grafica semplice ed efficace. Attraverso MiKOcheck viene garantita una riduzione dell’utilizzo della carta, maggior controllo del processo manutentivo, aggiornamento automatico delle competenze degli addetti alla manutenzione, salvataggio automatico dei dati ed analisi dei dati tramite report statistici.

Smart OCR

Smart_OCR

Smart OCR (Optical Character Recognition) - As part of the management and digitization of maintenance Work Orders, Axcent's production smart OCR captures printed characters according to a definite pattern, then uses the captured data to compile and issue a digital Work Order independently. In addition, through the use of a glossary of technical industry terminologies (Mobility & Transportation), the OCR has an auto-correction function should it find a typo. This removes from the process the manual creation and printing of an Internal Work Order, the creation, completion and closing of which will be done entirely digitally. The OCR interface is simple and intuitive and is scalable depending on the information needed to be captured.

CaPRI

CaPRI

CaPRI is an intuitive user interface consisting of a multimedia catalogue that creates a link between component exploded views and spare parts. CaPRI, the interactive spare parts catalogue, is a tool designed for interactive consultation of spare parts catalogues; by easily and immediately linking each part graphically represented to the relevant technical-management data, it allows a considerable reduction in the time required by maintenance personnel. A further potentiality of CaPRI is the possibility (PDM mode) of linking the identity of the component to the relevant maintenance documentation (Technical Manuals, Electrical/Tyre Diagrams, etc.) allowing easy and rapid consultation. This allows maintenance of complex systems to be carried out in an efficient and streamlined manner; the correlation between the part and its data allows easy management of related maintenance activities.

CWS

CWS è una piattaforma a supporto di opere di Ingegneria Civile, Geotecnica ed Ambientale che monitora la salute strutturale delle costruzioni rilevandone qualsiasi anomalia in tempo reale e ottimizzandone le procedure di manutenzione. Il portale CWS si interfaccia con vari sensori forniti dall’ente del monitoraggio che inviano i dati a terra mediante dei DATA LOGGER. La piattaforma CWS li riceve e restituisce i valori misurati in maniera ordinata, fornendo inoltre una serie di strumenti utili alla valutazione delle condizioni della struttura monitorata. Attraverso CWS è possibile ottenere una dettagliata visualizzazione dei dati ricevuti in tempo reale e passati, effettuare analisi dati specifiche utilizzando i Data-set provenienti dai sensori selezionati, ed essere notificati tramite Alert in caso di evento anomalo.

Battery IoT System

Battery IoT System is Axcent's production hardware solution that constantly measures the battery voltage of transport and maneuvering vehicles (trains, buses, forklifts, etc.) even when switched off. The data is collected and analyzed by an Artificial Intelligence system, capable of generating a warning and alarm signal in case of anomalies in consumption or voltage values. Battery IoT System uses low power technologies and does not affect the consumption of the battery itself. The Battery IoT System solution consists of a voltage sensor, IoT device, Ground Station, Artificial Intelligence Algorithms and Machine Learning, and Web application.

CROWD SCANNER

CROWD_SCANNER

CROWD SCANNER is a system capable of calculating the number of people (or possibly specific assets) passing through a specific area. Over time, it analyses the size, flow, influx density and permanence of the crowd, providing analysis, evaluations and statistics, and alarms. The Crowd Scanner system consists of: WiFi Detection Unit, Cloud Station, Database, Data Analysis, Data Reporting. Crowd Scanner allows the monitoring of the amount of assets placed in one or more areas, the identification of the hours, days or weeks with the highest flow, the identification of the most visited areas, the identification of the best placement of advertising campaigns, the identification of the most prestigious areas for the placement of shops, the detection of overcrowding or security problems of escape routes, information on the organization of spaces and flows of people (access by meters).
